Responsibilities:

• Worked with product manager to identify key initiatives
• Oversaw product designer and release strategy of new app
• Lead collaborative sessions to identify and solve key problems and value adds
• Facilitated user research and testing activities
• Evaluated research input cross-functional teams performed (Competitive, Needs Analysis, etc) to determine MVP
• Design direction and approval
• Used quantitative and qualitative data to make informed design decisions

Design: 1 product designer
Eng: 1 Software Engineer, 1 Front-End Developer, 1 QA Engineer
